I’ve read almost all of Paul’s content for the past 7 years and am a huge fan of his strength training book. It was a real honour to have Paul on the show and in this podcast he delivers some content of unbelievable value. This sounds like the holy grail to a lot of people but in my opinion the media have misrepresented what ketosis actually is.
